Production Process

Some of our products are made with better and unconventional process. Our Active Zinc Oxide is made with the “wet process”, which is more complicated and expensive than the conventional “French process”

Our Zinc Oxides manufactured by wet process have small particle size, high surface area. It renders rubber products with better reactivity, mechanical strength, transparency, aging property and low heavy metals content.

Quality Control

Many of our employees are chemists and engineers. Our sales personnel are technically competent. With well-equipped laboratories and strict quality control, customers are assured of good and consistent products from Global Chemical. Although we are not rubber product manufacturer, we have a well-equipped compounding laboratory to test our products & compounding for our customers.

There are three laboratories and a small pilot plant in our two manufacturing plants for quality control, new products development and application research.

Our plant are monitored around the clock by our computers with the latest hardware and software
