Appearance:

Active Zinc Oxide appears as fine particles of precipitated zinc oxide. The powder is characterized by its white to light yellow coloration, indicating its purity and the presence of zinc oxide in its active form. This specific appearance is crucial for identifying the product and ensuring it meets quality standards for various industrial applications.


Packing:

Active Zinc Oxide is meticulously packed to maintain its integrity and quality during storage and transportation. Each package contains 25 kilograms of the product, securely encased in a polypropylene (PP) woven bag. This bag is not only durable but also resistant to moisture and external contaminants. Inside the PP woven bag, there is a polyethylene (PE) liner, further enhancing the moisture barrier properties. Additionally, an extra PE inner bag is provided, ensuring double protection against moisture, dust, and other environmental factors that could compromise the product's quality. This packing method is designed to ensure that Active Zinc Oxide reaches the end-user in its optimal condition, ready for industrial use.


Uses and Properties:

Active Zinc Oxide is a highly efficient material, renowned for its ability to reduce dosage requirements by up to 50% compared to standard White Seal Zinc Oxide. This significant reduction is attributable to its superior properties, including a high surface area ranging from 30 to 50 square meters per gram (m2/g). This is a stark contrast to the 3-5 m2/g surface area typical of normal White Seal Zinc Oxide, highlighting the enhanced effectiveness of Active Zinc Oxide in various applications.

The product finds extensive use in the manufacturing of rubber products with specific performance requirements. These include but are not limited to:

  • Solution SBR tires: Offering improved performance and durability for tires.
  • Side wall of passenger tires and radial tires: Enhancing the strength and lifespan of tires for passenger vehicles.
  • Thick rubber pieces: Providing good thermal conductivity for products requiring heat dissipation.
  • Sporting goods: Improving the resilience and performance of sports equipment.
  • Auto parts: Enhancing the durability and performance of automotive components.
